Clinical Coordinator

I started working with Dr. Mike almost 35 years ago and was very happy to have his son Dr. Greg join the practice. After assisting for many years, you will now find me working at the front desk as the clinical coordinator, and also in the lab. In my spare time I enjoy exploring our great state with my husband, and spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for over 20 years. I joined Dr. Frost’s office in 2012 and am enjoying all of his wonderful patients. I live with my husband and three children, who keep me very busy!

Dental Hygienist

Originally from Aroostook County, I earned my Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Westbrook College in 1993. After practicing dental hygiene for 25 years in Rockport, Maine, my family, including our two beloved cats, moved to Cumberland in 2019. My husband and I are very busy keeping up with our two active teenage daughters. You will find us most weekends traveling to a swim meet or to a soccer game. During my free time, I enjoy walking, reading and spending time with our large extended families.

Patient Care Coordinator

I joined the Frost Family Dentistry in 2023 and have really enjoyed getting to know the patients. I am happy to help answer questions about insurance and scheduling. I live in Portland with my husband and we have 3 sons, 2 in college and one in high school.

Dental Assistant

I joined Dr. Frost’s office in February 2017 after moving to Cumberland from Brooklyn, NY. I received my Dental Nursing Diploma in London, UK where I worked in the dental field for over 10 years. In my free time I enjoy hiking, bicycling, kayaking and swimming.
