Partial and Complete Dentures

Whether you are missing some teeth or all, dentures are an option to restore functionality and esthetics.

Partial dentures can be made of acrylic or include metal to make them stronger. Acrylic dentures are often more esthetic, but metal dentures are more rigid and can be easily adjusted to improve retention. As with anything, there are pros and cons to both. Partial dentures utilize your existing teeth for retention by resting on, and gripping around, your teeth to hold them into place. Appointments can be as little as 2 visits or up to 5 depending on the type of partial denture you choose.

Complete dentures are for those who are missing all teeth. The conventional complete dentures are fully made of plastic and rely on palate suction for retention. More advanced options can attach to implants. Dentures can really transform your appearance creating a more full and youthful look.
